Super Response (SR) - Ultra Response (UR)

Improving Response

  • Super Response (Cars)

Futaba Super Response (SR) Mode, the transmitter sends control signals to the receiver at an increased frame rate, 2.5 times quicker compared to T-FHSS, resulting in reduced signal processing time and faster servo response when used with SR servos. The high-speed communication between the transmitter and receiver allows for quicker servo movements, providing a more direct and precise control feel to the driver.

    Benefits of Futaba SR Mode:
    Super-Fast Communication
    Precise Control
    Enhanced Responsiveness
    Reduced Signal Latency
    Optimised Performance
    Improved Feel

  • Ultra Response (Cars)

Ultra Response (UR) mode further improves the response time compared to SR mode. UR mode in combination with the Futaba F-4G system and UR servo increases response by approximately 30% compared to T FHSS SR mode. While also allowing for full Futaba telemetry to be utilised.

    Benefits of Futaba UR Mode:
    Ultra-Fast Communication
    Full Telemetry Compatibility
    Precise Control
    Enhanced Responsiveness
    Reduced Signal Latency
    Optimised Performance
    Improved Feel

  • Ultra Response (Helis)

Ultra Response (UR) servos for helicopters, These servos when used with the new Futaba CGY770R gyro offer the fastest response yet, approximately 2.5 times faster compared to the CGY760R. When used in the new UR mode setting on the CGY770R gyro

    Benefits of Futaba UR Mode:
    Ultra-Fast Communication
    Full Telemetry Compatibility
    Precise Control
    Enhanced Responsiveness
    Reduced Signal Latency
    Optimised Performance
    Improved Feel

*Helicopter UR mode is selected on the CGY770R and GPB-1. There is no setting operation on the transmitter.

Ultra Response (UR)

Ultra Response (UR) mode achieves further improvement in response compared to the conventional SR mode. Operation in UR mode is possible in combination with the F-4G UR system on the controller side. F-4G UR mode reduces time lag by approximately 30% compared to T‑FHSS SR mode.
